Guidelines for describing how the requested funds will be used:
- Describe, in detail, the proposed program/project.
- Bulleted text is acceptable.
- Additional pages may be added, if needed, for any section.
Who is Not Eligible to Apply:
- Organizations not based within Martinez city limits
- Organizations currently receiving other in-kind or financial support from the City (such as subsidized rent, funding support, or other City grants), except through this program
