Who is Not Eligible to Apply:
Organizations not based within Martinez city limits
Organizations currently receiving other in-kind or financial support from the City (such as subsidized rent, funding support, or other City grants), except through this program
The Community Groups Funding Program (CGFP) application period is now closed.
The deadline to submit applications for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 grants was 12:59pm on Friday, September 4, 2026, and we are no longer accepting new submissions.
