Community Groups Funding Program Application FY 2025-2026

Application Instructions: Local nonprofit organizations applying for a Community Group Funding Program (CGFP) grant for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 must complete and submit this online application with relevant attachments by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. The Policy and other supporting forms can be found on the MCF website under the "Grants" tab.1.
